The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints by manual and physical methods to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function to relieve pain and promote health.

Massage Therapists use Swedish massage, along with many other techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial release. In addition, therapeutic exercise, stretching and postural education are also part of an average massage therapy visit.

Registered Massage Therapists are effective in treating and providing relief for a wide range of conditions such as headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, as well as many other conditions related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction. Registered Massage Therapists come with extensive experience and knowledge. I strive to provide the highest quality care, help you relax deeply, and reach your health care goals.
